Description

Jazz By Sun Ra Vol. 1, Transition TRLP 10. Record has a few problems:

The first track-and-a-half on Side A look as if they were played with some bad needle and it is uniformly worn/damaged. It plays fine and you can hear the music, just with a lot of hissy background noise.(refer to picture,) Also, there is a skip on the last song on Side B. Other than that the record plays clean and its enjoyable to listen to. The cover is detached on the top and side seams, and the bottom seam is two-thirds split but still attached. This record is a great example of the early Sun Ra "far out" Big Band sound, (and a great album).
