Jackie McLean on Blue Note 84215

 

This is the original Van Gelder-stamped stereo pressing of Jackie McLean “Right Now” on the New York USA labels of Blue Note BST 84215.  Side 1 is as new – flawless – with a high luster.  Side 2 has a small mark toward the end of Track 2 that produces two tics; otherwise, the playing surface is flawless.  The coated New York 23 cover is bright and clean throughout with just normal age toning at the spine.  Illustrated inner sleeve is included. Personnel include Larry Willis, Bob Cranshaw, and Clifford Jarvis.
