Rare US 1963 1st Pressing on the Blue Note Mono Label, BLP 4106, Deep Groove to Side 1. VAN GELDER and Plastylite Ear mark to both run-outs.
Visually under very bright light the vinyl is a decent example with a bright sheen, has some wispy play and scuff traces, and some residue traces. The record plays well - bright and bold, with great rich tone as is synonymous with early Rudy Van Gelder Blue Note Issues, great album. There is a little minor background surface noise in places, which doesn’t really detract much from a very enjoyable audio experience. May benefit from further clean on a good quality record cleaning machine. Audio – EX-/EX

The laminate front sleeve is a decent copy, some minor discolouration and wear to the rear, and an old record shop sticker to bottom rear, see photos. VG+
