LABEL DESCRIPTION: Blue and white label with Lexington address, RVG and "ear" etched in the dead wax, no "R" on the bottom and deep groove..
GRADE & DESCRIPTION (COVER): VG+ A seam split on the bottom, some light aging and a hint of ring wear on the front. The back has a small tear and tape residue in the upper left corner. Signed on the front in black marker by sideman Ira Sullivan.
GRADE & DESCRIPTION (RECORD): M- Excellent copy, seldom if ever played.
ADDITIONAL NOTES: A beautiful copy of this "holy grail" piece. The autograph was obtained by Raffe Simonian, noted Chicago Jazz record collector, dealer and autograph seeker. We'll be featuring many of Raffe's autographed items over the next year or so.
