Description
This is a very rare UK POWER POP / MOD single by the band JOYRIDE from 1980, this is the ORIGINAL pressing, and as far as I remember I have not seen another copy for sale in 20 years. AN ORIGINAL, AND A MUST !!!.
This is a great example of POWER POP / MOD sound on both songs that reminds me of the RETREADS single, and would fit on any POWERPEARLS type compilation, specially the track "Something Special"
The single came out on the band's own JOYRIDE RECORDS through the SRT PRESSING PLANT, catalogue number SRTS 80 CUS 659, a rare find and an ORIGINAL pressing !!!
The songs are: GOODBYE / SOMETHING SPECIAL.
As far as I know the single never came with a P/S, and The condition of the VINYL is EX++ (Played once, looks and played MINT!!!).
You will not find another copy, or a better condition of this POWER POP / MOD single, of which only 200 copies or less were ever made.
