This the rare Inner Sleeve With Round corners. Printed By Garrod And Lofthouse Limited Whose Credits Are Listed On The Inner Sleeve . Most Copies Of This LP You See Tend To Have Worn Covers , Due To The Fragile Nature Of The White Sleeve Design .
The strange thing with the first copies of "Closer" issue is that the vinyl turn PURPLE TRANSPARRENT against light. Even if you keep the record at hand gives you the impression that rthe vinyl is dark purple(ruby red). I dont know where the vinyl of these first copies cutted but I have seen the same effect on other MANCHESTER record of the period (STEVE MIRO 1st Lp and SPHERICAL objects too).
