Description

STILL - JOY DIVISION

Outer Cover: VG+

Inner Cover: EX+

Vinyl: M-

Labels: M-

I use the UK Record Collector Grading System (see bottom of page).

Original Limited Edition Deluxe UK cloth and board outer cover.

Original embossed inner cover printed by Garrod & Lofthouse.

The inner cover was originally bound to the outer cover with a length of 1/2 inch white fabric.  This has broken (and is no longer white) but is included in the set so the new owner may go to a sewing shop to match and replace it if so desired.

This 2 LP set weighs 1.1 kg when packed and fills the entire record mailer.  It cannot be combined with any other LPs in the same record mailer.

I can however tape 2 x record mailers together (@ $3.50 per mailer) should the winner wish to purchase any of my other LPs currently on auction.

If this is the case then please ask me about additional postage costs because Australia post charges by weight.

UK Record Collector Grading System:

MINT (M): The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality.  The cover or any extra items such as a lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition.  Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.

EXCELLENT (EX): The record shows some signs of being played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality.  The cover and packaging may have slight wear or creasing.

VERY GOOD (VG): The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch.  Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

GOOD (G): The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches.  The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.

FAIR (F): The record is still playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump.  The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.

POOR (P): The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc.  The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.

BAD (B): The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection-filler.

Grading can be fine tuned by adding + or -.  As a rule sleeves/covers are graded first.
