Description
This is a 1980s ERA REISSUE OF THE 1981 FACTORY RECORDS U.K. 2 LP SET titled 'Still' from Joy Division. It is Factory Records U.K. catalog number FACT 40, gatefold cover, white Factory Records labels, thin cardboard inner sleeves with corners.
'Still' is a "posthumous" double album by Joy Division, consisting of previously unused studio material and originally a live recording of Joy Division's last concert in High Hall, Birmingham University on 2 May 1980. The live performance includes the only time the group ever performed the song "Ceremony" live, which later became a New Order single. Another song featured is a cover of The Velvet Underground's "Sister Ray", recorded at The Moonlight Club in London on 2 April 1980.
1980s era (sometime between 1981 and 1989) reissue with a standard gatefold sleeve (records unload to the outside).

Condition of both records is a SOLID NM with both records having no visible surface marks; one record does have a very slight slow warp which has absolutely no effect on play. Condition of gatefold cover is a real nice VG++ with a little age discoloration and a little bit of contact wear and wear along the edges and on the corners. Inner sleeves have no real flaws. This 2 LP set would be a nice addition to any Joy Division, New Order-related, or 1980s British 'New Wave' record collection! Media mail postage within the U.S. is $4.00.
