JOY DIVISION Closer FACTORY RUBY RED TRANSLUCENT UK LP 1ST PRESSING OLD BLUE.
Owned by myself since the early 1980s
Genuine first pressing "Old Blue? FACT 25 A-1
This is also the translucent red version.
The record plays and sounds fantastic, the Martin Hannett production is something else even to this day..
There are a few bits of surface noise and static in the quieter parts, but no jumps or sticks.
Nice sheen from the vinyl.
The album cover is in very good to excellent condition, it's not easy to find a completely clean and dirt free version of Closer but my copy whilst not perfect is certainly way way better than the majority for sale on here, quite staggering the state some of them are in ...
The correct square edged Inner cover is in very good condition indeed.
Please have a good look at the pictures, it's the best way to make your mind up.
