The textured sleeve is in near mint condition (Mint-) its clean and sharp and the spine text is sharp and clear, the inner round cornered sleeve is also in near mint condition( Mint-), the labels are EX+ and the red translucent vinyl is s strong EX+ it would have been graded Mint- but it does have some hairline marks on this 1980 Factory Records album issue FACT 25 by Joy Division - "Closer" a superb copy
