JOURNEY – Escape MFSL-1-144, never released!

I’m putting out on auction this extremely rare vinyl record, on behalf of a friend. This record belongs to his personal collection, thus he has taken good care of it.

As I’m not an expert on Journey discography, it might happen that my answers to your questions will take some time (as I have to ask him before giving you an appropriate answer). But I’ll try to respond as quick as possible.

This Auction is for:

Journey’s “Escape” LP, manufactured in Japan in 1982 by Victor Company for Mobile Fidelity Sound Lab (MFSL) in USA, under licence of Columbia Records.

Half-Speed Production and Mastering. Specially plated and pressed on High Definition Vinyl - Special Static Free, Dust Free Inner Sleeve, Heavy Duty Protective Duty Packaging.

It is said that there might be around 100 existing copies all around the world.

Upper corners are slightly bent. Cover is overall in M condition (See pictures)

Original plastic cover, but not sealed (although it is closed with some clear tape). Plastic cover is used (dirty). Bear in mind that this is a 24 years old record!

Vinyl and inner cover are M. Vinyl has remained UNPLAYED

Insert is MINT. Labels are MINT

NOTE: This record was opened to check the content, but never played. So, I would says that it is in MINT condition according to its age.
