       JOSE CID Quarteto 1111 Portugal ACID Psych Mellotron LP        



Here's a rarely seen JOSE CID LP (of QUARTETO 1111) that will delight anyone who enjoyed the quarteto 1111 LP's. Its mostly soft psych  Folk in the exact same veign as their selftitled LP, but it has some great Mellotron solos in a few tracks, and especially one track (Lisboa no ano 3000) is in my opinion worth the whole album. It's a Simon Finn-Nick Drake cross with Bjork & strange voice and electronics in the background. Very cool.

This LP is not (yet) documented as a psych masterpiece but might soon be.

This is the original gatefold pressing on Columbia 062 40 118 pressed in Portugal (no year) but i assume this is anywhere between 73 and 76?) General good condition VG+/VG+
