You are bidding for a CLASSIC US 50'S ROCK 'N' ROLL/ROCKABILLY 45RPM PROMO single by JOHNNY BURNETTE called ME AND THE BEAR backed with GUMBO issued in the US on the FREEDOM record label in 1959, cat number F 44011. (BLACK and WHITE LABEL, PROMOLARGE CENTRE).The record is in excellent condition with excellent labels.The record has little wear with no slight surface scuffs and no slight surface scratches and plays with no jumps and clicks and a minimum of surface noise... CLASSIC US ROCK AND ROLL / ROCKABILLY single from JOHNNY BURNETTE with two CLASSIC ROCKING ROCKABILLY tracks. JOHNNY BURNETTE made a series of CLASSIC ROCKABILLY tracks with his TRIO, later he went solo and released a string of ROCKING HIT RECORDS, DREAMIN', YOUR SIXTEEN. Apart from writing his own hits he also wrote many songs which were hits for other artists , many for RICKY NELSON. A little bit of recording history. RARE in decent condition, from my own collection.
