Description
This is an ORIGINAL 1957 CARBON RECORDS (OF HOLLIS N.Y.) U.S. 45 containing the great rare R&B rocker titled 'Mixed Up Baby' backed with 'Fear Not' from Johnny Bullard. There is no catalog number shown on the labels. This is a thick heavy vinyl pressing, packaged in a fresh plain white sleeve.
I can only find one record in Popsike of a previous sale of this RARE 45 on eBay, in which the final sale price was $200.00 - I am starting the bidding for this copy at $100.00 due to the VG condition issues described below.
I have graded this record VG even though the play surface grades at VG+ with a few surface marks which cannot be felt and do not affect play, and the record has a slight slow warp which also has absolutely no effect on play - Record plays with some scattered light surface noise throughout. Record has been graded VG due to some issues with the labels as can be seen in my accompanying images - A-side label has a 10% tear, and the B-side label has wrinkles that appear to have originated during manufacture and some fading,
