Prestige Pr 7212 Mono 1961 DG(deep groove), RVG, Bergenfield, NJ.
Record is NM near mint with a hairline or two. The labels are clean and bright.
Cover has spine split repair work the length of the album.  This is something I have done to up a grade on my personal collection throughout 25 years.
