Ha giusto pochi segni minori che non condizionano affatto il perfetto ascolto, tutto questo nel primo lato. Dovrebbe essere così anche per il secondo lato ma poche microscopiche bollicine sulla superficie del vinile, si tratta di un difetto di fabbricazione, provoca quattro, cinque leggeri clicchettii; bello stato, EX

Condition : cover shows just few traces of minimal wear, NEAR MINT / vinyl has the letter A written in pen on the first side of the label as well as a promotional stamp of the record company. It has just few minor signs which do not affect at all the perfect listening, all this in the first side. It should also be so for the other side but few microscopic bubbles on the surface of the vinyl, it is a manufacturing defect, causes four, five light clicks, EX

GRADAZIONE RIGOROSA - STRICTLY GRADED

Copertine e vinili sono visualmente gradati dopo un’attenta osservazione sotto la luce del sole fatta sulla mia terrazza a tetto. Nelle giornate grigie il controllo viene effettuato sotto una forte lampada alogena con l’aiuto di una lente d’ingrandimento. Tutti i dischi in asta sono stati interamente ascoltati, i 33 giri su un giradischi Rega Planar 3 fornito di una testina a magnete mobile Grado Statement 1 mentre gli EP e i singoli a 45 giri con un Thorens TD 166 BC fornito di una testina, sempre MM, Goldring 1006. Ritenendo che le abituali classificazioni quali Mint, Ex, Vg, ecc., ecc… siano poco significative per spiegare le reali condizioni dei dischi ed anche estremamente soggettive, precedo sempre tali classificazioni con una breve descrizione degli eventuali difetti che ho riscontrato, ad eccezione di Mint- che il più alto grado che conferisco a qualsiasi disco. Soltanto per le copie ancora sigillate all’origine utilizzo MINT/MINT.

Sleeves and vinyls are visually graded after a careful check in bright sunshine on my roof terrace. In the gray days I watch the records under a strong halogen lamp with the help of a magnifying glass. All records in auction have been fully heard. Lps on a Rega Planar 3 turntable with a Grado Statement 1 moving magnet cartridge, EPs and singles 45 rpm. on a Thorens TD 166 BC turntable with a Goldring 1006 MM cartridge. Considering that the usual classifications such as Mint, EX, Vg, etc…, etc… are not significant to explain the real condition of the records in addition to a total subjectivity of opinion, I always introduce before these classifications a short description concerning any defects I have verified with the exception of Mint minus, the highest grade I declare. I use MINT/MINT exclusively for the still from factory sealed copies.

Note : due canzoni, la prima dall'inconfondibile carattere Merseybeat è interpretata dal duo David & Jonathan, pseudonimi dei famosi compositori di canzoni Roger Greenway e Roger Cook. "Ice is Nice" è cantata da Bob Breen con liriche del bassista jazz Edward Jones. Brano che ricorda il vigoroso soul di James Brown, ben supportato da un poderoso basso e con ritmica vibrante.

Notes : two songs, the first by the unmistakable Merseybeat sound is performed by the duo David & Jonathan, aliases of famous songwriters Roger Cook and Roger Greenway. "Ice is Nice" is performed by Bob Breen with lyrics of jazz bassist Edward Jones. Song which recalls the mighty soul of James Brown, well supported by a powerful bass and vibrant rhythm.
