Some faint paper marks and slight surface scratches only, plays very nice, beautiful sound quality.
Label: Yellow/Black. "PRESTIGE RECORDS, Inc., 203 South Washington Ave., Bergenfield, N.J."
Dead Wax (Matrix): "RVG" machine stamped on both sides. Deep Groove. Format: MONO.

Sleeve Condition: VG+

Nice condition, small price tag tear on front cover, small number writing on top right of back cover, light edge wear.
