Record Condition: VG     (yellow and black labels with 203 S. Washington Ave., Bergenfield, NJ address; RVG stamp in dead wax; deep groove band in labels)

Sleeve Condition: VG-    (laminated front cover; top seam split 6" from opening; bottom seam is 2/3 split from opening; tear to front cover slick at top corner by opening; corner wear; sticker and writing on back cover)
