Description
JOHN COLTRANE: PRESTIGE Records PRLP-7142 MONO (Mfd in New Jersey in the early 60's) SOULTRANE - MONO - Original Vinyl Album - This is a Deep Groove, early pressing. The Run Off Groove. has hand etched on it: PRLP-7142-A, and there's a machine stamped RVG and something that looks like either a faint number 9 or an "ear" mark. The B Side has hand etched NJLP-7142-B with a machine stamped tiny AB; I can't find the RVG Mark on this Side. The Cover is in Good condition, with yellowing and a lot of shelf wear (mostly on the Corners). The Back is clean with no damage--just yellowing (or "tanning"). The Labels are clean on Both Sides, with some light wear. The Vinyl Record has its original gloss, but it has light scuffs. Side A looks a very Strong VG+; Side B looks VG+/VG++. SIDE A: GOOD BAIT plays a Strong VG+/VG++; I WANNA TALK ABOUT YOU plays VG+ and Better. SIDE B: YOU SAY YOU CARE plays VG++/Almost New; THEME FOR ERNIE plays VG+ and Better; RUSSIAN LULLABY plays VG++. I'm trying to accurately grade these Tracks and not overgrade anything; I hope that the Sound Clips will speak for themselves. I've posted some audio clips from every Track on this LP, starting with SIDE A, Track 1. Click on the BIG MICROPHONE ICON to Download them and listen for yourself. CRANK IT UP! I can ship this anywhere in the USA via Media Rate for 4.00. I can ship this to most Overseas Countries via First Class Mail for around $22.00; shipping to Canada will cost $15.00. I can only get to the Post Office once or twice a week, so please be patient. I can email you Overseas Postage rates. I can take PAYPAL (and others). The POST OFFICE LOSES PACKAGES, don't blame me if it happens to you. If bidding on this reaches $50-$120, and it ships to a non-US buyer, Registered Mail will be required in addition to First Class Postage, but I'll pay $5.95 of the $13.95 Registered Mail fee. If it sells for $120-$500 to a non-US Bidder, it will have to ship Air Priority, which will run around $52; I'll have to Insure it for the Full Amount at my expense, and declare Full Value on the Customs Form. If it sells for over $500, it will have to ship EXPRESS MAIL, which will cost around $90.00. Since I will have to insure it, I will have to declare full sales value; if paying with some way other than Paypal, I can ship it any way you want. Paypal rules make it very difficult and expensive to ship anything out of the country now, since they require on-line Tracking Numbers. You can't get that with simple First Class International shipping. PLEASE DON'T PAY UNTIL YOU RECEIVE MY eBay INVOICE. No reserve. Good luck!
