Description
PLEASE NOTE: I WILL ONLY GRADE AN OPENED LP NEAR MINT (NM) IF I CAN GUARANTEE IT HAS NEVER BEEN PLAYED (i.e. I AM THE ORIGINAL OWNER). OTHERWISE, NEAR MINT MINUS (NM-) IS THE ABSOLUTE HIGHEST GRADE I WILL ASSIGN AN OPENED LP.
INCREDIBLY RARE original Rudy Van Gelder cut A-6 gatefold first pressing in glorious mono from 1961 on Impulse's orange label with a black border with original ABC Paramount printed inner sleeve, Longwear Plating dead wax etching, Am-Par credit at the very bottom of the labels and at the bottom on the rear laminated cover!!! LP side one is VG+ with a few light scuffs and side two is a beautiful VG++ with even fewer light scuffs. Cover is VG with a few small rub marks near the opening on the bottom edge, a small inch and a quarter split at the opening at the top on the rear gatefold and a small name in the top left hand corner on the inside gatefold.
I USE GOLDMINE GRADING~ MINT (SEALED) NEAR MINT: LOOKS UNPLAYED VG++: VERY VERY MINIMAL SIGNS OF USE VG+: AVERAGE SIGNS OF USE, NOTHING DEEP, SUPERFICIAL VG: STILL AN OK RECORD, NOISE BETWEEN SONGS
GOOD: WORN BUT PLAYS FINE WITH DISTRACTING NOISE POOR: FILLER COPY ONLY. LOTS OF SCRATCHES
