Description

Up for sale is A Love Supreme - John Coltrane LP Impulse! RARE! Stereo AS-77 Reissue Gatefold. This is the rare variant of A Love Supreme just as ABC joined Impulse to produce their records. The record label has the combined (not detached) box which I had a hard time finding anywhere. The gatefold cover is in vg+ condition being laminated..The lamination is coming off a bit on the front cover..The gatefold and the rest of the cover is fine..PLAY GRADE...The album played all the way through my Linn lp12 with no problems with skips..However during the beginning of the time just before the vocals of A love supreme is some popping..On the other side we have some as well..The side one is pretty loud so if you are expecting perfection this is not the one for you..It is strictly a collectors piece that mostly plays great throughout...
