Description
On offer is The JOE TURNER EP entitled PRESENTING JOE TURNER released in the UK on the tri-centre LONDON label RE-E 1111 in 1957.
This is an extremely hard EP to find these days. The disc is visually in EX-/EX condition and it plays beautifully throughout. The vinyl is nice and clean with clear labels (see scan). The picture sleeve is graded VG condition as it has a repaired tear on the front sleeve - this 2 inch repair is by Joe's right hand shoulder from the edge of the laminated sleeve up to and just beyond his right hand lapel (see scan). This repair has actually been quite well done and it has been stuck back down neatly. The back cover also has a small amount of laminate missing. Overall this is a very nice copy of this rare London Label EP - even with the sleeve repair. As mentioned the sound quality of the disc is excellent.
