Do not underestimate the rarity of this disc.

And as a bonus with this disc, you get most of an alternate take of Martha & The Vandelas - Dancing Slow . I say "most2 because the the acetate has chipped off the metal on the first few seconds. A slab of history nonetheless.

The disc has some aging (It is over 40 years old!) but plays through great (hear sound clip). However, if you're going to play it regularly I would get a cut of it done.
