JIMMY SMITH - Prayer Meetin', Blue Note BST 84164
This an original 1964 stereo pressing. New York USA address on both labels,
Deep Groove on one side. Van Gelder stamped in the dead wax on both sides.
CONDITION:
VINYL is VG. This is a nice and shiny record that plays excellent. I heard soft surface noise at the lead in, between some tracks, and only for a few seconds at a time on a few tracks. Absolute silence between some tracks. There were soft ticks between tracks 1 & 2 on side 1, that fade out as soon as the 2nd song starts. The labels are very clean.
COVER is better than average with nice color and gloss. There's surface and edge wear, dinged corners, and writing on the back. The bottom right is split 2 inches.

PACKAGING:
I ship in sturdy cardboard LP mailers with the record separated from the cover (unless it's sealed). I also fill the mailer with extra cardboard to prevent the record from sliding around in the package.
NEAR MINT (NM) - Nearly perfect vinyl. No obvious signs of wear. Clean looking labels. Looks like it was hardly ever played. This record looks like it will play without any surface noise.
EXCELLENT (EX) - An excellent quality record with no more than a few very faint scuffs. This record may look like it has been played, but handled with extreme care.
VERY GOOD PLUS (VG+) - Record surface may show some slight signs of wear and may have light scuffs but nothing you can feel with your fingertip. Faint surface noise may be present between tracks and at the lead in.
VERY GOOD (VG) - Many of the defects found on a VG+ record are more pronounced on a VG disc. Surface noise may be heard but will not overpower the music. There may be light scratches that can affect the sound with occasional pop and crackle.
