Comment : Impossible to find promo issue of the french Jimmy Ruffin EP ref. TMEF 538.
I got it from a former Pathé employee who explained me that only a couple of those were pressed, not even for promotion purpose, but for internal use at Pathé Marconi (the first company to import and manufacture Tamla Motown records in France), wich is confirmed by the stamp on A side (« internal service – impossible to sell sample »).
