For auction is JIMMY GIUFFRE's "Free Fall," on Columbia CL 1964, MONO, 1963. White Promo Label Edition.
SOUND: VG+ (probably better)
It has been machine-cleaned and I listened to side 1 completely. The sound was excellent! Crisp and clear on this soft-volume avant-garde record!
VINYL: VG+ (probably better)
Visually, the vinyl is lovely. There are almost no signs of wear. Perhaps a couple light scratches that I could only see under bright light. The record is on white "Promo" labels.
COVER: VG+ or better.
The cover is very nice. The edges a re straight and solid, the corners pretty sharp. Front and back are clean and unmarked , with slight wear. On the front, there is a Columbia Records playlist banner across the bottom, and a silver "New Star on Columbia Records" sticker above that.

Every record I auction has been cleaned on a Nitty Gritty vacuum/cleaner. I played every record to determine if there are static, tics, pops, hisses, what have you. I endeavor to thoroughly report any extraneous audio "noise" or problems of any significance. Other than that, I will report on the general condition of each record, both vinyl and jacket, according to Goldmine standards, to the best of my ability.
Every record is put into a new, clean sleeve insert. In the case of an interesting original sleeve insert, I'll include that in the sale.
If you're into this stuff, you might want to save me to your seller's list and check back periodically. I'll be putting a lot of vintage jazz records up for auction.
