FOR ALL ORDERS you have 2 basic shipping methods to choose from.  One will be FAST & EXPENSIVE the other will be SLOW & CHEAPER.

make note if you choose slow/cheap method your records could basically show up whenever as the post office cares very little for economic shippers.  I have had USA MEDIA MAIL orders take over 1 month before and FORIEGN ECONOMY MAIL orders take 2-3 months...so you are rolling the dice if you choose slow method, BE FORWARNED!!

If you want your record in a fairly short period of time please choose Fast method = 1ST CLASS or AIRMAIL.  I SUGGEST people to INSURE or REGESTER their packages if they want any help from post office for lost mail.  They basically laugh at you when you trace a record that has neither of those options purchased as they guarntee nothing unless you pay for the options.  Once we mail we no longer take responsibility for order unless insured, ok?

DBL Lp’s or 7”’s count as total of 2 records each.

GATEFOLD packaging on a record add additional $1 to order for each gatefold release.

CD’s cost same rate as a 7” record, 10” records cost same amount as a LP

BOS SETS are calculated by number of records and then add value of 1 more reord to cover cost of shipping the box and any insert materials.  (ie a 4x7” box set would cost you the amount to ship 5 x 7” records, ok?)

FIRST CLASS / PRIORITY MAIL (FAST OPTION)

2-5 x 7" = $5.00, if >5 x 7"shipping then add $1 for each additional 7"

MEDIA MAIL (Slow option)

REGESTERED MAIL: There is no insurance offered for Europe the only thing I can offer to guarantee you that your item has shipped is to have your order REGESTERED.  To add this option to your order add additional $8.00 to ORDER TOTAL COST

Now my rates could end up being slightly off one way or the other due to the fact that each record is packaged differently and ends up weighing a different amount. Please realize our rates are what we feel the average record will end up costing to ship. If you are not ok with this please do not bid on our records. We encourage everyone to get insurance as if package is lost in mail we will not be responsible unless insurance is purchased.

We package our records with the vinyl outside of the cover, but inside the plastic sleeve to avoid cover tears during shipping. We also place a piece of cardboard in with each package to avoid bending of the cover or vinyl. We tape and package records securely.

If you have any shipping / payment questions on your total remember we will need to know where package needs to be sent and which method you want it sent.
