I rate this LP as Mint - Near Mint
I played it once through on a high quality turntable and it plays PERFECTLY
You will not find a cleaner copy of this vintage Buffett LP
The cover has no ring wear but shows handling wear on all the edges and spine slightly cracked due to age.
