You are bidding on a simply pristine fully complete *Near Mint** UK Track Record A1//B1 Stereo 1st pressing of the classic Jimi Hendrix LP; ‘Axis; Bold as Love’! It is a record that is impossible to find in this kind of condition. It only usually ever turns up full of scratches and often unplayable. However, this beautiful quality pressed thick & chunky disc has been carefully played just once before to record and, like the vast majority of my collection is in stunning **Nr Mint** condition with beautiful pristine glass-like playing surfaces. This is hugely rare for this album – just try finding another in this condition!!! It looks brand new and is totally unblemished – not even a single paper line!!!! Not only that but this is complete with its original E. J. Day flipback gatefold sleeve which is super rigid and has retained all of its box shape!! What’s more it comes to you complete with its original correct ‘Patents’ inner sleeve and the legendary gatefold lyric insert!!! These inserts did not come with all pressings, only the very first batch of UK 1st pressing had them – and they are incredibly sought after!!!! A stunning example!!! I have recently decided to sell my 1960’s & 70’s UK 1st press collection. All records were bought by me and I have only ever picked records of the utmost quality and rarity for my vintage collection. All records have been safely housed in thick PVC sleeves and professionally archived.
I am very fussy about my records and have only selected the rarest UK 1st pressings over the years. Many, if not most of my records have only been played once to record and then archived never to see the light of day again, until now.
