Description
This is one of my all-time favourite albums, I bought it as soon as it was released. 46 years later it's time to let someone else enjoy it.
Cover - Obviously it is the original 'puppet' version. It is in pristine condition as it has spent its entire life protected within a sturdy hard plastic cover. The photos show the corners are virtually as new. There are two tiny pinholes, which must have always been there. As I did with every LP I bought in those days, I wrote the date of purchase (Nov 1970) neatly on the back cover.
Disk - excellent condition, no scratches other than a few non-audible superficial ones caused by the inner sleeve. At a certain angle to the light you can detect surface markings caused by the wrinkled plastic liner of the inner sleeve during the years of storage; I've tried to show some of this in the photo. It doesn't affect playback sound.
Markings between runout grooves: side A - 2406 002 A 1 1 1, side B - 2406 002 B 1 1 1
Label - mild spindle marks around the hole on both sides, otherwise perfect. 'GIPSIES' in the title, as opposed to 'GYPSYS' on the cover.
Item will be posted 2nd class signed for, in a sturdy custom cardboard envelope with extra stiffener. If required, insurance over £20 charged at cost.
