 COVER CONDITION:
FRONT:  EX+  You will be hard pressed to find flaws on this stunning front cover. Just some fold-over fading top and bottom.  And a pen mark to the left of the song titles. If you have been looking for this LP, wait no longer, as this will be this best copy you will ever find!  No split seams, all edges intact and stress free. 
BACK:  NM   Back cover retains most of its original white color with some very slight staining in the lower left corner.  That and a '36' stamp faint in the upper right corner.  No split seams.  VERY NICE!!
WAX:
Side:1  M-   This side shows near perfection!  One minor scuffs...NO scratches.  Beautiful bright luster remains and wax is deeply defined.  Just very light scuffing.
Side:4  M-  Dittos on this side!  NO Scratches.  Bright luster remains and wax is deeply defined.                                                                                                WOW!!! What FIND!!
ONE MORE THING!  LABELS!   Both labels centered on the wax are Stunningly PERFECT!  Very few and only light spindle marks exsist.
