JEF GILSON SEPTET WITH LLOYD MILLER ultra rare french 10" 1961 (SPIRIT JAZZ SJD 1) .(matrix has letters SPJ 1 and 11) liner notes by ANDRE FRANCIS JEAN TRONCHOT & JEAN PIERRE LELOIR . musiciens include the cream of french musicians: pierre ALAIN DAHAN - HENRI TEXIER - FERNAND VERSTRAETE BOBBY JASPAR etc... released on very small independant label. front picture by JP LELOIR (french greatest jazz photographer) . recorded in 1958 and 1961 in Paris . I've graded the sleeve as Ex in fact it's between VG++/ex- has minor defaults such as removed sticker on top right corner of back cover (but only REMOVED : NO tears on the sleeve ) and because the sleeve is very THIN IT HAS SOME LIMITED WEAR ON LEFT AND BOTTOM BORDERS . but still looks very very nice! also has some ringwear but only on the right part of front cover. Honestly looks great i cannot rate it as VG+ really closer to Ex. The disc is Ex++ close to mint . has some light surface noise but NO MARKS NOT EVEN SURFACE MARKS on the vinyl which looks S MINT!
