Description
This wonderful 2-record album is from a collection of classical and spoken word sample albums that I acquired from a former marketing rep. As is the case with the entire collection, these two records appear to have never been removed from their inner sleeves until I removed them to verify the condition. I guarantee that this condition is accurate. The gatefold jacket is in Near Mint condition. There is a crumple in the light weight cover that can be seen in the front cover photo right side and on the corresponding back cover left side. There is a minimal amount of shelf wear that can be seen on the cover back. In addition to a limited number of ebay transactions (100% positive) I have sold more than 1500 albums on the Discogs record sales website under the moniker "ctgwdjhn". I have amassed a 100% positive track record from 638 feedback responses, which gives assurance of the accuracy of my listing and my commitment to stand behind it. I have determined to offer this fine album on ebay, where the market value for the album has been demonstrated in recent auction sales ($3750 ebay auction sale 12/1/17). It has been pointed out to me that record #2 does not have the deep groove near the outer perimeter of the label as record #1. However, both records do have the same matrix stamp format and information, which I expect is due to an evolution of the London L'Oiseau-Lyre label occurring at the time. To my knowledge both records are first issues as listed. Deadwax stamps read as follows: Side 1 - ZTT-461-1M, Side 2 - ZTT-462-1M, Side 3 - ZTT-463-1M, Side 4 - ZTT-464-1M.
