      JAPAN IN SOUNDS KYOTO MUSICOLOR GEISHA PICTURE DISC LP

Click to view supersized image This is a beautiful 12" picture disc LP issued in Japan by Musicolor, probably in the early 1960s.
Titled "Japan In Sounds" (MSL-0001) It is a narrated history of Kyoto with songs and actual sounds. One side features a photo of five Geishas and the other shows Kyoto scenery.
Also included is its original die-cut paper sleeve, which is usually missing. It is in excellent condition, although it does have a small seam split.
The vinyl is in unusually excellent condition as they are normally found very battered.
Disc VG++, Sleeve VG++.
A gorgeous record for either collectors of picture discs or Japanese memorabilia.
