JANIS & ELVIS 10" SOUTH AFRICAN PRESSING RARE

This is an authentic pressing of JANIS & ELVIS (T 31,077) which
I now need to sell to aid with home renovation bills. The record is in very good condition having been well looked after and spending it's life in it's sleeve in a temperature controlled environment.(The original paper sleeve insert is still also in top condition)There are 2 superficial(+/-1") markings on the record surface. I have experienced no problems as regards the playing and sound quality on my turntable. The outer sleeve is in VG condition, the edges are not torn or too scuffed, the corners are full and good and colours of the artwork are still vibrant without noticeable traces of fading. The rear of the sleeve has a stamp marking on it as this record once belonged to a South African Archive Library(As indicated on photo).There are no folds or creases on the sleeves. I would rate the record and sleeves at 8.5+ . The record was pressed in South Africa by Teal Record Company in 1958 under license of the Radio Corporation of America under the RCA label. The outer sleeve indicates that it was printed by Swan Press Johannesburg. I am aware that this record is fetching upwards of GBP2000/$3000 at fairs and major auctions when it does surface, but I'm starting with a modest reserve merely to protect my investment. I've described this item to the best of my ability and I'm sure the pictures will bear testimony to the great condition of the item. The listing states country location as United States (This is due to an automatic default glitch in my listing program, which is being rectified) Shipping from S/Africa is very reasonable, so shouldn't create any concern.
