Winning bidder is expected to contact me within 3 days of auction close and payment is expected within 10 days of auction close.

Paypal, money orders, cashiers checks and personal checks (shipment delayed till check clears) are also welcome. Money orders save me the 3% PayPal charge, and are appreciated.

I go out of my way to provide very accurate item descriptions, including all known flaws. As my feedback shows, satisfied buyers are very important to me. I've developed many personal and business relationships on eBay and expect to make many many more.

If you buy from someone else, we both lose!

Shipping and Packing:

I pack so that your purchase will arrive in the same condition it leaves. I am very familiar with the minimum standard shipping requirements and pack to far exceed them. I use premium packing materials, recycled when available. Nobody is happy getting something broken, and, as my feedback will attest, I go to great lengths to prevent this regardless of the cost of the item.

FedEx Ground is my preferred shipper, however USPS is available but may delay shipment by a day or so. I can also use DHL and UPS if you supply your account number. Bax Global is my primary shipper for large and heavy items (domestic and international). Smaller sized international packages usually go by EMS Express when possible. If we do international Surface Mail at a customer's request, it is completely at the bidders risk once it leaves here. Insurance (recommended) is optional and at the winners expense.  I generally ship within 3 business days of payment arriving in good order.

"Handling" Charges:

I know this is a touchy subject on eBay. Here is my take on Shipping and Handling (S&H). S&H is not a profit center for me. The winner pays actual shipping and packaging costs and never a bogus "handling charge". There are two situations where there is a "handling charge", and then only to recover part of my actual costs. One situation is for items that I don't have factory packing for that are very large or complex. Sometimes these can take hours to prepare, and part of the amount paid to my team members will be included in the shipping fee. Examples would be building boxes for Klipsch La Scala speakers and putting them on pallets, or disassembling a very high-end turntable and making form-fitting foam for the parts. The handling charges from other sellers are often excessive. I don't do that, and don't like being "handled" myself (see "Golden Rule" above). Again, S&H is NOT a profit center for me. If I can use recycled packing materials (boxes, peanuts, foam, etc.) they will be provided at no charge.

If you have significant negative feedback or have a feedback rating of less than 5, please contact me BEFORE bidding or you bid may be cancelled. Unless otherwise indicated all sales are "as-is" and "final sale".

International bidders are welcome on most items, but MUST email me to make shipping and payment arrangements BEFORE bidding, or your bid may be cancelled. I am happy to accommodate almost all reasonable (legal) requests. Customs and other shipping forms will always be factually completed. Please do not put me in the awkward position of declining any request to do otherwise. No sales to Indonesia or the Philippines.
