Description
Vinyl is VISUALLY Graded: Vinyl looks VG++, looks very clean by Jamaican "pressing standards". The vinyl looks cloudy, but there are no obvious flaws otherwise, no pits or bits of paper, no scratches or scuffs. We spot-checked the sound and there is little or no surface noise or hiss. (The B-side has some light unobtrusive surface noise at the beginning of the side and toward the end of that side). The music is amazing, and the fidelity is excellent, with deep tight bass and crisp highs. You can see the full track listing on our photos. The artists on this great compilation are: HORTENSE ELLIS WINSTON FRANCIS JOHN HOLT BURNING SPEAR (spelled Spears on the jacket) The UNDERGROUND VEGETABLES BRENTFORD ALL-STARS DENNIS ALCAPONE & KEN BOOTHE and KING SPORTIE. NO writing or marks on the "deep groove" labels. VINYL PRESSING is very flat, no edge-warping. JACKET is VG+ with minor corner wear and a half-inch of splitting on the bottom lower-right corner, plus light to medium shelf-wear which is more noticeable on the back. NO HOLES, NO STICKERS, NO corner-cuts or notch-cuts. Spine and seams are intact!
