COVER CONDITION Excellent (EX), The sleeve is in nice condition with slight wear.
RECORD CONDITION Excellent (EX), the record is in great condition with some very very light scuffs and has near new looking labels.
GENERAL COMMENTS This 45 is near impossible to find and sold very poorly, collectors would know how rare this 45 is, PLEASE NOTE I AM ON HOLIDAYS FROM 4-8 OCTOBER, I WON'T BE ABLE TO ANSWER QUESTIONS DURING THESE DAYS AND ANY WINS WILL BE SENT FIRST THING MONDAY 11 OCTOBER..
