Description
The White Stripes - Portable USB Record Player
Purchased directly from Third Man Records in Nashville - Only 333 ever made
Very rare portable record player with built-in speakers, fully USB-compatible with original installation disc, instructions & USB lead - all housed in a heavy-duty, White Stripes-design case. Complete with original box & outer shipping case.
These were all manufactured by Crosley & designed to work on the US electric voltage which differs to the UK. I have replaced the original mains power lead with one compatible to the UK so it now works perfectly over here.
Everything in near perfect condition. The sound quality is great when playing at 33rpm but when playing at 45 is poor. I had this looked at by a hi-fi specialist who corrected it through lubrication, but as it's been sat in my loft for about a year, this may need looking at again.
Due to the weight of the package (8kg) this auction is open to UK bidders only.
Please note that unless you select an insured option, I cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage in transit. However, please be assured that all CD's will be carefully packed & posted out in bubble-wrapped envelopes. All vinyl will be sent out in bespoke mailers with stiffeners, with the record stored separately from the sleeve for added protection.

WOL - Writing or Ink on Label / WOS - Writing or Ink on Sleeve / TOS - Tape or Sticker / Glue Marks on Sleeve / Label (TOL)
Mint - CD, Record or sleeve in brand new condition with no marks
Excellent - Record shows some signs of having been played. Vinyl or CD may have very light scratches or markings. Cover & packaging might have slight wear &/or creasing / minor seam damage. CD inserts may have dents from jewel case studs etc
Very Good - Record has obviously been played many times with noticeable surface marks. Cover & packaging may have more obvious defects / damage such as seam splits / heavy creases etc.
