This is an extremely hard to find EP that books for a very high amount. My Goldmine price guide could not even list the songs that are on it (although my guide is a few years old. It may now be updated.) The cover on this is very nice. It has minor wear in the center on the front. There are very light small water stains in the upper right corner on the back. There is also some wear on the back. There is no seam split. I'll grade it VG+. It is definitely a rarity. The record itself is in very nice condition. The labels look great. The vinyl has a glossy shine and looks M-. Play grading is available.
I have just started listing the first of several EPs I will be putting on Ebay, along with a few more LPs. Most of the EPs I will be listing are quite rare. I will be starting most of them at low prices without a reserve. They are all from the same estate collection that I have been offering many albums from recently. I ship using new, sturdy cardboard mailers from Bags Unlimited. I've been selling records off and on for years and put a lot of effort and care into packaging properly.
