Chilean-Palestinian artist Nicolas Jaar has long built worlds from fragments - places where silence and distortion coexist. This sprawling twenty-track project marks one of his most intricate constructions: a slow, cinematic descent through identity and imagination. Based on Sergei Parajanov's The Colour of Pomegranates, it trades structure for atmosphere, moving like a dream between sacred space and personal memory. The opening stretch, from 'Garden of Eden' to 'Survival', feels like entering a vault of shifting light with synths humming like distant bells and percussion dissolving into static. 'The Fool and His Harem' and 'Beasts of This Earth' weave mournful melody through dust and echo while 'Club Kapital' stands as a rare burst of rhythm, its pulse buried deep. 'Muse' closes with quiet resolve, the sound folding inward. Jaar builds an inner cinema of exile and rebirth.
