J R Monterose Blp 1536 Blue Note 1st edition... Rvg etched in matrix.. Excellent/Near Mint.  Record is very clean with some superficial marks.This has only one plastylite "ear" on the B side only..  Could use a professional cleaning perhaps.  Cover has some wear and light soiling.all seams intact. One corner is split a little.  Great Lp.plays loud and proud
