I pre ordered this the moment Craft announced it months ago. After two months and its posting from Craft USA to UK and the expense involved i was gutted when i saw what seemed to be a small area of groove defects on side 2 during One Woman. In my desperate haste i ordered another copy not wanting to miss one of the 3000 while assuming this was going to be affected during playback. I have zero tolerance for non fills and such on new records especially premium ones. However, in my stupidity i had failed to actually play this LP. And it plays all but perfect throughout. In fact these are astonishingly quiet records! Bare in mind im using a microline tip which ive found substantially reduced groove noise vs my old elliptical. YMMV as ever with systems varying so much, but i think i counted three very brief low level possible murmerings of extraneous noise through the whole playback. My second copy has since arrived and visually exhibits no marks while playing equally quietly thus i will keep that one and sell this (at a loss to myself at this price!).
It has been washed once already but will undergo a second Degritter treatment should it sell.
