Description
Owned since new, this double live Iron Maiden album is in excellent condition. Infrequently played due to its cumbersome size, it was stored upright in my box carefully.
Hence, both inner sleeves are in excellent condition. The main gatefold sleeve is also in excellent condition, the only blemishes are tiny marks on the top and bottom of the 'spine'.
This version also included the 8 page full colour booklet is packed full of photos of fans and band members and also shows all tour dates plus details on the band members and personnel. It is in excellent condition.
There was also a smaller merchandise leaflet / flyer, again, in superb condition.
I've used the DISCOGS web resource to study the various run-outs, and this is what I have identified.
Matrix / Runout (Variant 5 - Side A): E-2404261-A F-2 E 2404261 A-2U-1-1- MASTERED BY CAPITOL Wally Matrix / Runout (Runout Side B): E-2404261-B F-2 E 2404261 B-2U- -1-[illegible] MASTERED BY CAPITOL Wally Matrix / Runout (Variant 6 - Side C): E-2404271-A F·1 E 2404271 A-1U-1- 1-1 MASTERED BY CAPITOL Wally Matrix / Runout (Variant 3 - Side D): E-2404271-B F-1 E 2404271 B-1U-1- 1¨ MASTERED BY CAPITOL Wally
I've cleaned and played the vinyl - it sounds very, very good. No scratches or jumps. There are tiny occurrences of 'crackles & pops' that can sometimes be heard on some of the quieter sections, not that there are many - mainly there are a few crackles over the Churchill's Speech intro at the beginning of side A.
This record is overall a masterpiece in quality. Not quite 'as new' as if just purchased from the record shop as I did in 1985, but not too far off it.
The record is available on the standard 10 day auction - I will not be accepting offers or 'by it now' queries.
It will be posted 1st class 'signed for' or Track 24 or similar premium postal service. It will be very carefully packed and packaged to prevent damage.
