This is an authentic, rare Version 1 Introducing The Beatles AD-BACK LP with original stereo disc. Printed by Colburn & Company, this company printed 6,000 covers and are the only covers that say printed in the U.S.A. on the front cover. These albums are also very rare due to litigation by the music publisher against VEE JAY after its first pressing. The were told to halt production on two of the album tracks "Love Me Do" and "P.S. I Love You". These were replaced with "Ask Me Why" and "Please Please Me" on its second version of the LP.
The cover on this album has a shiny finish and has a beautiful sharp clear image of the boys and all lines and titles. The disc has the Monarch Records initials in the dead wax area on both sides and the words Audo Matrix on both sides. The disc label has light surface wear but does have a name of an individual printed on side one in the rainbow band. Side two is free of individuals name. This album was used and has surface wear and some scratches on both sides. The album cover edges have wear with areas of missing paper and paper coming loose. The cover has surface wear but is still bright and clear. The inner white sleeve has a few small spots, and the edges have dirty areas from being pulled out of the cover.
