A rare early pressing of Kenny Burrell's very first record album, including his immensely popular hit "Takeela" — not "Tequila," as wrongly believed by many — a song written about a girl, not a beverage! Blue Note's 1951-1957 Lexington Avenue address is on the labels and on the back cover; with "RVG" etched in the wax.
The cover is in good to very good condition with some edge and surface wear, some tape along the spine, and a former owner's name on the back. The album is very good plus, with a few light scratches and mild scuffs.
