This record album is still in great condition. The cover has light ring wear and some flaking along the upper edge, but no seam splits. There is a name written in ink on the back. The vinyl rates VG+ with a few very light scratches that have little effect on the playing on the record. This is a paste-over cover with semi-gloss slicks on the front and back. There is a shadow of George on the front of the cover on the right hand side. It has the color band label with the Vee Jay oval logo. It has the "45" size label with a 7/8th inch gap in the trail-off. The titles on the label are left-justified. It says "Audio Matrix" on both sides in the trail-off and there is a small MR in a circle on both sides which indicates that it was manufactured at Monarch Records in California.  This album comes with a plain white inner sleeve.
