This is so that I can satisfy Paypal's demand that packages are able to be tracked, ON LINE, all the way to DELIVERY. Unscrupulous buyers have taken advantage of this requirement, resulting in me losing not just my money, but also my item, AND the cost of shipping. First Class Registered Mail is the least expensive way to ship your item AND have it meet Paypal's requirement. I apologize for the added burden this puts on our International friends.
