Description
This is the original orange label Impulse pressing of Coltrane’s Ballads. This stereo AS-32 pressing has “Bell Sound” engraved in the deadwax, and the stampers are -1A-2 and -1B. Many consider this to be the most romantic jazz record and I cannot argue with that. The record has some paper scuff from the paper inner sleeve, and there is a feel-able scratch on the last two cuts in Side A. To double check the severity of this I listened to the entire Side A today. The scratch does produce some pops but most are not loud pops. Other than that the rest of the record played and sound VG++ or better. The sleeve is showing side and edge wear. Small portions of the laminate is peeling off as well. But overall this is still a keeper!

I am an audiophile and have been collecting records for over 30 years. All the records that I am selling are from my own personal collection, and went through the same treatments – VPI record cleaning machine, new inner sleeve if necessary, then demagnetize with Furutech DeMag. You can be sure that the records will not be full of dust, finger prints, or hair. I am downsizing my record collection and I wish these records bring you much musical enjoyment as they did to me.

I pack the records in proper record shipping cartons and ship by US Post Service within 3 days of receiving payment.
Media rate to ship within continental USA will be $4.00 for the first record, $1.00 each additional record.
International shipments will be USPS air mail. Cost would be $25.00 for the first record, $7.00 each additional record up to 5 records. Seller will not undervalue the price of the record and bear responsibility for lost and/or damaged package.
