Description
This is a 45 rpm EP by the Impalas, featuring the title cut Sorry (I Ran All the Way Home) + Fool, Fool, Fool; Chum; and All But the Memory of You. It is on the Cub label, CX5000, in its original cardboard (not paper) picture sleeve.
Apparently, everyone who's ever listed this for sale on line claims its extreme rarity. Maybe that's true. In any case, this copy is in extremely fine condition. The cover has a secondary market price scribbled in ink on the front, but is otherwise undamaged: smooth seams, fairly sharp corners, no apparent ringwear. The vinyl is shiny bright with no marks (maybe a little cover dust). I just played it to check it out and think that was probably the first time it ever was on a turntable. (Serious doo-wop, punchy horns). Plays as good as the day it was pressed, and certainly no pops, skips, scratches or anything remotely like that.
